The quiet country lanes and picturesque monuments make Hue an ideal place for cycling. The tile-roofed Thanh Toan Bridge is not only an ancient architectural remain with highly historic and cultural values but also a tourist attraction. The bridge which always contributed to repair, renovate and preserve was built over 2 centuries ago.
After your hotel pick up aorund 8am, start your biking tour to the villages, on the green shaded roads, passing by the communal houses along the rivers, canals and through the rice fields to head Thanh Toan bridge, Agricultural museum. You can drop the bike and walk around the village to see local market. After that, cycle back to the city to start your cooking class.
Enjoy Vietnamese tea and listen to the course information. Then go to Dong Ba market to buy some raw materials for your lesson and look at the daily life of local people.

After lunch, cycle to the Citadel of Hue, set up by Nguyen Dynasty from 1805 to 1945, which is classified as World Cultural Heritage by the UNESCO.
The next stop is Thien Mu Pagoda, built in 1601 between a river and a pine forest, which is one of the oldest and prettiest pagodas in the country. Take a nice dragon boat trip on Perfume River.
The tour ends around 5pm at your hotel.
