This activity is proposed by a worldly famous vegetarian cooking school. Thousands of students have already taken and approved this cooking class.
Morning Class schedule:
9:00 a.m. - 9:10 a.m.
During this time you will get to meet your instructor and the other students of this morning cooking class batch.
You will be served a fresh juice such as Papaya, Mango or Dragonfruit, and a bottle of water.
You will also receive a special notes booklet to review first and which will be later read in more detail during the cooking class.
9:10 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
1st Lesson: How to Make Chili Paste
Before starting with the main lesson, you will get to understand how to make a chili paste. You will use a mortar and pestle for food preparation, which are common tool in Thai cooking.
Then, a discussion of Thai spices and herbs will be driven by your instructor. You will be introduced to a range of native vegetables and fruits, as well as oils and sauces important for Thai cooking.
9:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Main Lesson - Cooking 8 recipes
During the main lesson time you will learn to cook the following recipes:
• Tom Yum Soup
• Tom Kha Soup
• Issan Vegetables
• Fried Vegetables with Ginger and Cashew Nuts
• Pad Thai
• Peanut Sauce
• Masaman Curry
• Green Curry
12:00 p.m. - 12:45 p.m.
Raw Food Recipes
You will be taught a tutorial on how to make fresh spring rolls and papaya salad.
After, you will be given a short break to sit and rest and will have the freedom to discuss the techniques learned during the course.
12:45 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Traditional Thai Dancing
You will be introduced to traditional Thai dancing and encouraged to participate in learning basics steps and moves.
To end this great cooking class, you will be served a complimentary Sticky Rice and Mango dessert.
