This activity is proposed by a worldly famous vegetarian cooking school. Thousands of students have already taken and approved this cooking class.
This class is available at 2 different timings:
(1) From 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
(2) From 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
3:00 p.m. - 3:10 p.m. // 5:00 p.m. - 5:10 p.m.
During this time you will get to meet your instructor and the other students of this express cooking class
You will be served a Bottle of water.
You will also receive a special notes booklet to review first and which will be later read in more detail during the cooking class.

Cutting Vegetables and Ingredient Preparation
You will begin to prepare some of the ingredients that will be used in the dishes.
Discussion of Thai Spices and Herbs
The class will begin with an introduction to the Thai ingredients, from which some are directly brought from the organic garden grown inside the Cooking School.
3:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. // 5:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
How to Make Chili Paste
You will be taught how to make a chili paste after a discussion on Thai ingredients. You will use a mortar and pestle, which is a common tool in Thai cooking.
4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. // 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
You will cook 3 main recipes + a peanut sauce
