Each private yoga package begins with an initial assessment as part of your first session to ensure your program is designed to address your personal needs and intentions for practice. Private sessions have the ability to help you discover the potential in your yoga practice. You will be able to work at your own pace and level, addressing any injuries and health issues you are dealing with. Schedule sessions at your own convenience and in the comfort of your own home or office.
Wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in.

Choose between one of the three
Yoga for All Levels: Through a partnership between the breath and movement, Yoga will strengthen and stretch the body with a clear focus on alignment, body awareness, and breathing. The practice of Yoga is intended to create a sense of balance and cohesion of opposite forces within the mind and body. Students leave class feeling strong, spacious, tuned in, and grounded in the nature of their body.
Yoga Basics: This class will offer students a chance to work on balance, coordination, flexibility, strength, breathing techniques, and relaxation. Step-by-step your teacher will guide you to create a solid foundation for a thriving yoga practice. With the use of props including but not limited to; chairs, belts, foam yoga blocks, bolsters, and the wall we are able to make many poses available to all bodies including older students and those working with special conditions.
Prenatal Yoga: Prenatal yoga not only keeps you feeling active and fit during your pregnancy but will also help prepare the mind and body for labor, delivery, and motherhood. It is a safe and nurturing environment for you to bond with your growing baby and prepare for a positive birth experience. This session is appropriate for beginners and a great way to combat many of the common discomforts that pregnancy can bring such as backache, sciatica, and difficulty sleeping.
