Friday afternoon is dedicated to vegeterian classes.
The morning classes include a local breakfast as part of the experience. We will learn a lot about Malay, Nyonya dishes and hawkers' food dishes. The afternoon classes involve a tour at the spice shops at Little India, five minutes walk away from Nazlina Spice Station.
