The session consists of 30 minutes of guided meditation and 30 minutes of yogic breathing techniques.
The class can be composed from 1 to 5 participants (group rate).

Meditation is the only royal road to the attainment of freedom. It is a mysterious ladder which reaches from earth to heaven,from error to truth, from darkness to light, from pain to bliss,from restlessness to abiding peace, from ignorance to knowledge. Our instructor will talk it through.
“yogic breathing techniques”
Yoga teaches Pranayama which is generally defined as breath control through breathing exercises. On a physical level these breathing techniques keep the lungs at maximum expansion and therefore achieve optimum ventilation. On the subtle energy level, pranayama works on opening the nadis (= the human body’s over 72,000 energy channels) increasing the energy flow and therefore contributing to optimum health, longevity and mental capacities. Ultimately control of the Prana leads to control of the mind going beyond one’s normal boundaries or limitations and attain a higher state of vibratory energy. Our instructor will talk it through.
Please wear loose or comfortably fitting clothing.
Do not practice on a full stomach. Please allow four hours after a heavy meal, two hours after a light meal.
To avoid injury do not force the body beyond its capacity.
Please inform the instructor of any illness or injury, menstruation or pregnancy
