This is a trip you shall remember for years to come - owed to the natural beauty and active volcano you shall be experiencing. Perhaps this is also the reason why Mt Batur is a popular choice among several tourists.
This trek is meant for individuals who've climbed a mountain before, solely for health and safety reasons. The tour guide shall assess the group's fitness level and determine if everyone embarking on this trek are able, based on their level of fitness first, before embarking on this tour. Of course, extra stops and all necessary assistance shall be provided should anyone need help along the way.
Get an early night's rest, because your pick-up time is way before dawn (depending on the area you shall be staying at). At 3am - yes you got that right - a light breakfast shall be served for all trekkers to gear you up for the path ahead. Load up on the nutrients as you began your adventure by 4am. Don't worry if it's dark, torches shall be provided so you can conveniently manoeuvre along the trek.
At around 6am you will break for coffee at sunrise point, so you may enjoy the scenery in front of you.
If you wish, you can also go up until the summit of the Mount Batur but this is optional and according to your conditions.
The descent will start around 7am, to reach back at 8.30am.
