Below the itinerary of your 3 Days:.
After your pick-up at your hotel, you will meet the team at the bike depot for fitting and get a security and safety briefing.
Your experience will start from there and you will head to The Angkor Temple complex. You will enter from the south and traverse up portions of tarmac road and jungle paths until you reach the first stop of the day: Tah Prohm; the famous temple featured in the movie Tomb Raider. After the visit you’ll carry on through the jungle and toward the Eastern gate of Angkor Thom; the ancient capital of the Khmer
Empire. In the near center of this massive enclosure, you’ll find the enigmatic temple of Bayon. As the sun reaches its zenith, you’ll take a short rest, and it will be time for lunch. After it will be finally time to discover the magnificent of Angkor Wat. Depending on the time, you will have the possibility to return to Siem Reap to rest before
returning to the Angkor complex and enjoy in the evening, a beautiful sunset in the Angkor Park. Finally, at the end of the day, you will be transferred to your hotel in Siem Reap.
Ride: 30 Km.
Today, you will leave Siem Reap and bike through its beautiful countryside. The first destination will be the village of Prah Dak, which lies not far from the temple complex. Once passing through this quaint little village, you’ll cycle down a narrow tarmac lane to Banteay Samre. At this stage you will be getting deeper into the Cambodian countryside and pass many local villages and schools. You will see people going about their daily life and day to day business.
Following on the same direction, you wil be able to see the Phnom Kulen Moutain. At its base, you will eat your lunch and take time to rest. After, you will go for a short 3-Km trek to Kbal Spean. There you will see ancient riverbed carvings of Hindu gods in the “River of 1,000 Lingas”. After this trek, we’ll load up the bikes and transfer you to Banteay Srei the gem of the Angkor area known for its exquisite bas-relief carvings. Finally, after a long day, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Siem Reap.
Ride: 57 Km.
Today, you will leave the crowds of Siem Reap behind, towards the floating village and submerged forest of Kampong Phluk.
This floating forest makes this tranquil place unique and is a treat for visitors.
You will enjoy a boat tour around the village and soak in the culture of living life on the water. You will eat your lunch at a beautiful local house before getting back on solid ground. As the day becomes warmer, you will be transfered to the village of Roulous, home to some of the earliest permanent structures built by the Khmers. You will explore the 3 main temples there: Lolei, Preah Ko and Bakong.
Finally you will be transferred back to your hotel in Siem Reap.
